Austin Quinn-Davidson is the first woman and openly gay mayor of Alaska's largest city. She hopes to be an inspiration, too.

Austin Quinn-Davidson was sworn in Friday, replacing Ethan Berkowitz, who resigned after admitting to "unacceptable" relationship with TV anchorwoman.
