Border Patrol agents arrest 9 in 'smuggling attempt' near San Diego, the 64th maritime event since Oct. 1

This is the 64th smuggling event in the San Diego area since the Oct. 1 start of the fiscal year, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
