Florida reservoir breach: millions of gallons of wastewater pumped into Tampa Bay

A leak in the Piney Point reservoir has caused a partial breach. Officials hope that pumping more than 30 million gallons of industrial wastewater out of the reservoir will reduce the chance of an uncontrolled major breach.
