An author who has written about Britain's royals says the monarchy missed opportunities with Harry and Meghan. Leslie Carroll, whose most recent book is called 'American Princess: The Love Story of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry,' says the monarchy could have modernized itself by addressing race and mental health.
